Warranty 1 for 1 exchange
Commit to immediately exchange for a new account if an error arises from the supplier during the warranty period.
Fast refund
Refunds to account balance if we do not have a comparable replacement product.
1. Warranty conditions
We accept warranty for the following cases:
- Account has wrong password, can't log in right after purchase.
- The account has wrong description information compared to the order.
- Feature errors are due to the system or product supplier.
2. Cases of warranty denial
We DO NOT warranty if the customer violates the following:
- Using an account that violates platform policies (Facebook, Google, TikTok...) leads to being locked.
- Change account information (Email, Phone number, Password) without following instructions.
- Share accounts for multiple users at the same time.
- Exceeding the specified warranty period of each product.
3. Warranty claim process
To receive the fastest support, please do the following:
- Go to Order History, copy the error order ID.
- Contact support via Telegram or Chatbox on the website.
- Provide photo or video evidence of the error encountered.
4. Processing time
All warranty claims will be processed within 1-12 business hours.
